A dancer in a number of companies and a teacher at the Paris Conservatoires, her barre à terre method develops strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Through a series of progressive exercises performed on the floor, she helps to sculpt the body, correct posture, soften joints and tone muscles.
She also runs preparatory and elementary classes.
