Le cours adulte
The adult class includes a barre warm-up and a classical ballet class. It is intended for adults who have learned the basics of classical ballet and who practice it as a leisure activity.
-
Boys dance classes
The boys class is a smaller class (10-25 boys maximum).
For boys over 13 years of age. -
First class
The first class at the Academy helps determine the student’s level. At the end of the class, the teacher may ask the student to go up or down one course level; the class card allows students to watch other classes.
We recommend attending 3 days of classes with the same teacher (since progress is made during this length of time). -
Cards
A 6 class card equals 1 class a day or 3 days with 2 classes a day.
A 12 class card equals 2 classes a day, but you may also attend 3 classes the same day and just 1 class another day. A 18 class card equals 3 classes a day.
An unlimited card makes it possible to attend 4 or more classes a day. It’s possible to first purchase a 12 class card which we can change to an unlimited card during the week if the student actually attends 3 or 4 classes a day (by paying the difference in price).
We do not give refunds for unused cards (except if a medical certificate is provided or for an important reason following a decision by the school’s board).
It’s best to start out with a smaller card before purchasing a large quantity card.We strongly recommend not taking more than 4 classes a day (greater risk of injury). For that matter, not many students are able to do so unless they are professional dancers.
